The Adswoo website is an internet platform where users can publish and respond to classified ads. Users are solely held responsible for the content they submit on Adswoo, as well as any consequences that arise from doing so.

Adswoo is not involved in any transactions, contracts and/or arrangement that might occur between and among users and third parties. The conclusion of such transactions, contracts and/or arrangements remain the business of the users and the third party.

Using Adswoo

As a condition of your use of Adswoo you agree that you will not post, publish, list, email, display, upload, modify, transmit, update or share any information on the site, or otherwise make available any content that:

• Violate the Rules;
• Be false, fraudlent or misleading;
• Infringes physical or intellectual property rights;

• Advertises any illegal services or the sale of any items the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
• Disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive number of messages to the service, or that otherwise negatively affects other user’s ability to use the service;
• Infringe any third party right;
• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Adswoo or the interests or property of Adswoo users or interrupt, destroy, limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunication equipment or any other computer resoursce;
• Impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of Adswoo;
• Copy, modify, or distribute any other person’s content without their consent;
• Use any robot spider, scraper or other automated means to access Adswoo and collect content for any purpose without our express written permission;
• Bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to Adswoo;
• Contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted ;
• Collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes;
• Use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from the service – exception is made for internet search engines (e.g. Google) and non-commercial public archives that comply with robot.txt file;
• Post non-local or otherwise irrelevant content, repeatedly post the same or similar content, or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
• Post the same item or service in more than one classified category or forum, or in more than one city; or
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Adswoo’s computer system or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of the service or the Adswoo website.

Additionally, you agree that the following is forbidden on Adswoo:

• Proposal of several goods or services in the same advert that are not related;
• Use the details such as name, phone number, mailing address, email, photos, etc of someone else without their permission or providing false contact details;
• Revealing elements of a private nature or violating the privacy of any person or company;
• Providing link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of items, goods or services that are prohibited under any applicable law.
• Buy/Sell any product, animal or anything which is prohibited or illegal under any act, law or regulation;
• Buy/Sell illegal and stolen goods, drugs, or related material;
• Buy/Sell dangerous objects such as guns, pistols, paintballs, gas, fireworks, explosive, hazardous chemicals or pesticides or any item which is prohibited under the Indian Arms Act, 1959; or prohibited under any nation’s rules and act;
• Any Content that is likely to affect the religious sentiments of any person or group;
• Buy/Sell drugs or medical supplies;
• Buy/Sell organs, body fluids, blood product, or any other body product;
• Buy/Sell Insignia, badges, coats-of-arms and uniform of police/ defence or any Government emblems or other insignia and uniforms;
• Buy/Sell Tobacco products, Alcoholic beverages, liquor, drugs, psychotropic substances, narcotics, intoxicants of any description;
• Buy/Sell used lingerie;
• Adult jobs;
• Job adverts without a business name, salary or explicit and detailed description of the proposed job or whose function is not clearly specified;
• Casting photo or videos with an erotic or pornographic view;
• Tantric massage;
• Sexual acts for payment;
• Adverts including a price quote or a sense of prostitution;
• Advertise for the suffocation, slavery, forced intercourse, rape, intoxication, abuse, drugs, torture;
• Ads that contain images of full nudity and sexual or suggestive positions;
• Publishing an advert in Matrimonial category is prohibited to anyone under the age of 18 (for Female) and 21 (for Male);

Content Policy and Infringement

• You understand that all listing, posting, messages, comments, files, images, photos, videos, sounds, information and all other materials ("Content”) posted on, transmitted through, or linked from Adswoo, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. You are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, email or otherwise make available via Adswoo. You understand that Adswoo does not control, and is not responsible for ads, any listing/posting, information, messages, e-mail or other means of electronic communication, offer, comments, files, images, photos, videos, sounds or any other Content made available through the website, and that by using the website or services, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. The Adswoo site and content available through the website may contain links to other websites, which are completely unrelated to Adswoo. Adswoo makes no representation or guarantee as to the accuracy or authenticity of the information contained in any such website, and your linking to any other website is completely at your own risk. You must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any Content. Advertising Fee

At present posting an advertise on Adswoo is free. Premium ad feature is also free at this time, and depends only on some offers given by Adswoo time to time on first come-first take basis for limited time. Adswoo reserve the right to change or modify Advertising Fee term in future.

Sending Emails

During sending emails using our email platform, it is prohibited to include messages that are unrelated to the advert concerned; Spamming and the sending of several identical messages; Hate messages or those which are intended to insult; Messages referring to illegal, sectarian, paedophile practices (this list is not exhaustive)

Dealings with organizations and Individuals

You agree that your interactions with organizations and/or individuals through the service are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You agree that Adswoo shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that Adswoo is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users, you hereby release Adswoo, its officers, employees, agents, and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or our service.

Termination of Service
