Bowen Casting Co., Ltd is located in Shanghai,China. It has the very convenient transport conditions. It takes approximate half hour to Shanghai Pudong airport by car. Most of our products were exported to Germany, Italy UK, USA, Australia, Canada so on.
Bowen Casting is a China Leading supplier of highly qualified gray/ductile iron, stainless steel, brass and bronze castings to customers all around the world.
Bowen Casting has access to a fine network of ISO certificated manufacturers throughout China and combines these production resources and our team of high skilled engineers with customer requirements in order to mould these into excellent products. These products enable you to extend your manufacturing capabilities at lower cost in a shorter time with less energy.

Our Factory
There are five product lines,Resin sand casting,Green sand casting and Shell moldcasting. We have our own machining workshop, including slant bed CNC lathe, machining center and so on. Our product range has a great variety of pump- and valve parts, flanges, pipes, cleats, nuts, bolts, packer rings etc., specially developed and made for applications in pumping, water works, construction, mining, marine and automotive industry. Our castings weigh from 0.1 ~ 100 ton with minimum tolerances of +/-0.01 mm.
Our QA system continuously ensures the high quality of our products and is implemented in all our production facilities in China. We make itinerant visits to foundries and execute statistical control to improve our high production level and meet customer requirements. This QA system has resulted that our reject ratio is currently no more than 0.5% and also informs us on possible delivery changes.
The products are widely used in machinery equipment,chemical equipment, auto parts, marine hardware,hardware tools, medical and foodstuff appliance,construction hardware, mining machine parts and others.The annual production capacity of sand casting is 5000 tons, the weight per piece is from 0.02KG to 850KG. The production process and equipment are leading the way in China.
