InnerEast Strata Management Services (IESM) offers management services at affordable rates for the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We manage communities in Kew, Balwyn, Doncaster, Surrey Hills, Box Hill, Canterbury, Camberwell, Hawthorn, Toorak, Richmond, Abbotsford, Collingwood, Fairfield, Northcote, Heidelberg and surrounding areas.
Our Director, Ms. Donna J. Foster CPSM CMCA has a wealth of experience in front line management and training roles including property sales, property management and more recently in strata / owners corporation. As an active member of Strata Community Association (Vic) and a qualified trainer for the A100 short course ‘Essentials of Strata in Australia’ Donna fully appreciates the otherwise lack of education that has previously been available to new recruits to the industry and owners alike. In response the revised Certificate IV in Strata offered by RMIT in Melbourne has gone some way to addressing this urgent need for further education in strata community management.
Regular feedback from our clients / owners confirms our belief that transparency and ongoing communication are the two main concerns for members when entering into a contract with a new manager. At IESMS we continually aim to provide that transparency by taking the time to meet regularly with our clients / strata communities to discuss their particular needs. We make it our business to understand the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and Regulations 2018 and to pass on this knowledge to our clients so they can make informed decisions regarding the future of their strata communities.
